Training with Trent

Hi, I’m Trent!

I’m an ACE-certified Personal Trainor and Group Fitness Instructor, and I have specializations in Sports Performance, Fitness Nutrition, and Corrective Exercises. I’ve owned and operated my own personal training company, Training with Trent, LLC, for the last year now and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made.

While I may have just started the business, I’ve been dedicated to health and fitness for about the last five years. I even helped start a Health and Fitness club while I was attending St. Lawrence University.

Sports have always played a huge role in my life. Between playing, coaching, and watching, they’ve dominated my life up to this point. So it was definitely a shock when I arrived at college and realized I was no longer able to do the thing I loved most about them: play them.

I decided to take up lifting for two reasons. One, because the cafeteria food beer were definitely not the most nutritious meal choices I could have made, and second, because it was a way to compete again. This time though, the competition wasn’t against an opponent, it was against me.

How hard could I push? How much could my physique change? How much stronger could I actually get? Every day, I could go and compete, and it’s quickly become something I can’t live without.

Now, my mission is to help people with their own health and fitness goals. It’s been a blast to put together a month-long challenge that we can all take part in together. The goal was to make it fun, but also challenging at the same time. I hope everyone is able to give it everything they have!
